Our C360 reference is a three-unit retail plaza of 360 m², with shopfronts, toilets, controlled access, heating and ventilation, and external services priced separately. The reference price is €2,000 excl. VAT per gross m².
Since 1 May 2026, RE2020 also applies to retail buildings (French Ministry of Ecological Transition). We build these requirements in from the design stage.

What does a commercial unit cost per m²?
Our C360 reference is €720,000 excl. VAT for 360 m², i.e. €2,000 excl. VAT per gross m², external works included.
Does RE2020 apply to retail?
Yes, since 1 May 2026 for retail buildings, per the ministry timetable.
How long is the build?
Our programme plans 12–18 months overall, including 7–10 months on site for a small retail scheme.
