A successful renovation starts with an accurate survey and clear plans. We redraw the existing building, then the project: new layout, rewiring to standard, plumbing, insulation, heat-pump heating and ventilation.
Energy-renovation works must comply with the applicable environmental regulation (service-public.fr). Every trade is priced in materials and labour, just like a new build.
Your questions
Where to start a house renovation?
With a survey and diagnosis: structure, services, insulation. Plans then allow a trade-by-trade budget.
Do you do full rewiring?
Yes: board, circuits, sizes and fittings, drawn on plan before works.
Do you fit out commercial premises?
Yes, interior fit-out of shops and offices is part of our services.
Let’s talk about your project.
A conversation, a clear estimate, then a detailed trade-by-trade quote.
