Building a villa with a pool needs precise coordination: hydraulics and water treatment, pool-hall dehumidification, laminated glazing on the pool side, dedicated consumer units. Our plan set covers each of these trades.

Our V300 Prestige reference is €2,168,182 excl. VAT, i.e. €2,601,818 incl. VAT, including pools, wellness, landscape and automation, excluding land.
Do you build villas with indoor pools?
Yes: indoor pool with dehumidification, dedicated fresh air and continuous vapour barrier, in addition to the outdoor pool.
Can the villa plan be adapted?
